Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager talent for immediate incorporation to our PM Department.

Responsibilities

  • Complete management of assigned projects, planning and coordination, monitoring and compliance with deadlines taking into account the general planning established by management and the head of the department.
  • Preparation of technical tasks, planning of workflow and timings, coordination of work processes with several teams of external developers and with Leads of internal departments.
  • Link between the Production and Management team in the assigned projects.
  • Support to the work of the head of the department.
  • Analysis and proposals for the improvement of processes in all areas and tools of the company, reporting to the head of the department.
  • Contact with internal/external clients, negotiation, project monitoring, explanation of workflow and decisions, etc.

Skills

  • Higher education
  • Good communication and coordination skills with all departments, external suppliers and clients.
  • NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple destination projects at the same time.
  • -Ability to anticipate, analyze and solve potential problems and doubts before they happen.
  • Advanced capabilities of workflow organization, preparation of technical tasks and timing planning.
  • High capacity for drafting and negotiating informative notes and preparing technical tasks.
  • Most of the information is in English, so the knowledge of this language is very important, at least a C1 & onwards.
